Once again March Lions Club - with the help of the Rotary Club of March - are working together to take Santa on a tour of the streets of March.
All the money raised this year will support CAMSAR (Cambridgeshire Search and Rescue) who are a voluntary team available 24/7/365 to be called upon by the police to assist in searching for vulnerable missing people.
Alternatively, or indeed as well as, we will be collecting unopened tins or packets of food with long best before dates for donation to the March Foodbank.
If you could please have these donations ready in a bag for volunteers to collect, it would be appreciated.
The dates we are going to be out and about March are:
Thursday 7th Dec - Cavalry Park from The Avenue end, Worsley Chase, Kelsey Way, Fleetwood Close, Cavalry Drive, Fairfax Way, Cavalry Drive, Suffolk Way, Bretton Avenue, Hunter’s Chase and Cavalry Drive up to Upwell Rd mini roundabout.

We will try to forewarn you if we can’t actually get down your road so that you know the approximate time that we are hoping to be somewhere close to you.
This year you can also track Santa’s live location and donate online!
Please see the March Lions Events Facebook Group, or visit: march-lions.org.uk/santa, for more information.
We will also post maps of the routes and any updates on our Facebook Group. Due to issues beyond our control, we are currently unable to use the March Lions Club Facebook Page, so have created a new group in its place while we work to resolve this.
Each night we aim to be starting at about 6pm and to finish no later than 7.30 pm.
If you miss us on our travels, March Lions will also be collecting with the sleigh at Sainsbury’s on Saturday 9th December and Tesco on Saturday 16th December between 9am and 3pm.
We hope we will see you somewhere on our routes.
