A popular takeaway business in a Fenland town is for sale.
The business Bridge House Café, which is located in Chatteris, is on sale with the agent CoGoGo for £269,995.
The listing online reads: "This business was established by our clients over 20 years ago where they have built up an outstanding reputation and extremely loyal and large customer base.
"The business now comes to the market with a heavy heart due to our clients' desire to relocate overseas."
The listing adds that the sale will include the company Facebook page.
It also states that the business - whose 2023 turnover was £520,000 - is being sold on a leasehold basis with 10 years remaining on a 15-year lease.
The current rent is £1,834 per month.
