A fire started in an Eastrea garage and spread to a neighbouring garage last night (Wednesday May 29).
Crews from Stanground, Whittlesey and Thorney were called to the blaze on Wype Road at 9.32pm.
They arrived to find a garage well alight with the fire spreading to a neighbouring garage.
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire.
Crews returned to their stations by 12.25am.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
