Officers in the Wisbech Neighbourhood Policing Team successfully seized multiple items from an abandoned BMW this week, including a knife.
Yesterday (September 12), a black BMW failed to stop for police officers in Wisbech St Mary.
Despite the vehicle initially getting away, the force found the car unattended in a car park in Gorefield.
Inside the vehicle officers found some "interesting items". They included a large kitchen knife under the driver's seat; a knuckleduster; Class A and Class B drugs, and some controlled medication.
All of the items were seized and enquiries into the matter are ongoing.
