A Chatteris woman said "she thought something was going to fall out of the sky" when she heard an explosion from a blaze involving a boat.
The fire happened in Waterfields at about 12.50am on Sunday September 15.
The bungalow was unoccupied at the time and no injuries were reported.
A number of neighbours were evacuated and ambulance crews also attended.

A witness said: "The explosion was so loud I thought something was going to fall out of the sky."
A man has since been arrested on suspicion of arson endangering life.
