A care home chef and maintenance man are taking part in Movember to raise money for a Fenland town's Christmas lights fund.
Chef Heath Brown and maintenance man Jeff Davis are, say The Gables, well known at the care home in the centre of the town for their outgoing and infectious personalities.
This year, they’ve decided to grow moustaches to raise funds for the Chatteris Christmas Lights Fund, which has raised money every year since 1985.
During the festive season, the lights are on daily from 3pm until midnight.
This year's switch-on event takes place on Saturday November 30 at 4.30pm.
Heath and Jeff will be continuing to ‘grow their mo’ for the rest of November.
Donations can be made at the care home, or directly to the Christmas Lights Fund Just Giving page at: www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/ChatterisChristmasLights2023
